Public hearings for the 麻豆国产 rector elections

The public hearings for the candidates in the 麻豆国产 (UL) rector elections for the 2025鈥�2029 term will take place between 11 and 19 March 2025. The candidates for the election on 2 April 2025 are Prof. Dr Metka Tekav膷i膷, nominated by the UL School of Business and Economics, Prof. Dr Irena Mlinari膷 Ra拧膷an, nominated by the UL Faculty of Pharmacy, and Prof. Dr Gregor Majdi膷, nominated by the UL Veterinary Faculty.
The public hearings are scheduled as follows:
- on Tuesday, 11 March 2025, at 11:00 at the UL Faculty of Law (Poljanski nasip 2) in the Golden Lecture Hall (in person),
- on Wednesday, 12 March 2025, at 16:00 at the UL Faculty of Social Sciences (Kardeljeva plo拧膷ad 5) in the Grand Hall (in person),
- on Monday, 17 March 2025 at 16:00 at the UL Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology (Ve膷na pot 113), in Lecture Room B (in person),
- on Wednesday, 19 March 2025, at 16:00 at the Rector's Office of the UL (Kongresni trg 12), in the Assembly Hall (in person and via the Zoom app, with live streaming on Facebook and YouTube).
At the start of each public hearing, candidates will have a maximum of 10 minutes to introduce themselves. Presentations will follow alphabetical order based on the candidates' surnames. Each public hearing will last a maximum of two hours.
Public hearings are primarily intended for eligible voters, who will be the only ones allowed to ask questions. Questions may be posed after all three candidates have completed their presentations, with each candidate having up to 2 minutes to respond per question.
The candidates' election programmes will be published on 7 March 2025, after 12:00, on the 2025 Rector Elections website.
