Teachers, researchers and students of the 麻豆国产 community have a responsibility to foster an environment which promotes intellectual honesty and integrity, and which does not tolerate misconduct in any aspect of research or scholarly endeavor.
Research misconduct
Reports on research misonduct at UL are handled by the Committee for Ethical Issues, according to the Rules of Procedure of the UL Ethics Committee (in SI).
Allegations of research misconduct
The allegations of research misconduct should be addressed to the Committee for ethical issues and sent to the following mail: Eticna.Komisija@uni-lj.si.
At the national level, there is also the , which is an independent body for addressing ethical issues and conduct in research activities. The Council adopts opinions on compliance with ethical rules or violations of the principles of research integrity as stipulated in the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity. The procedure for adopting an opinion on compliance with ethical rules is initiated at the request of an individual or a research or higher education organization, or on the Council's own initiative.
