• Provide overall听direction, guidance, and definition of business requirements听to effectively support the development and implementation of software products.
• Communicate with customer representatives听from business areas as you gather requirements and present the solution.
• Manage and document business requirements听and provide consulting for subject areas.
• Prepare documentation听(functional specifications) based on requirements.
• Prepare听user stories听for project teams to implement specific functionalities and gaps.
• Collaborate with听other business analysts, software developers, and technical team leads.
• Bring an infectious, positive, can-do attitude and a relentless aspiration for improvement.

Who are we looking for?

A person who is willing to become "fluent鈥� in insurance processes. Our new team members will often travel abroad to meet with our clients and will have a chance to get to know some of the largest European insurers from the inside out.

If you have some of the following skills and features, we will be happy to receive your application:

• A strong听desire and willingness to learn听and develop new skills.
• Presentation skills: You love to speak in public and enjoy meeting with clients.
• Interest in the听insurance process.
• Common sense听so you can quickly establish the logical connection between different key factors.
• Attention to detail, strong听organizational skills, and the ability to manage information in a structured manner that enables you to get the whole picture of the problem.
• Excellent听English and German knowledge听(business proficiency).
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of business analysis would be a bonus, but if you are a beginner and are willing to learn on the job, do not hesitate to apply.
